Board of Directors
The management of the Meeting House Cooperative Preschool is vested in the Board of Directors, which shall control all matters of policy and oversee the expenditure of funds for the school. The Board shall be responsible to the Session of the Old Presbyterian Meeting House.
The Board of Directors shall consist of a maximum of eleven members, seven of who alternate terms, with the following qualification: the majority of voting members shall be members or staff of Old Presbyterian Meeting House.

- Director of Meeting House Cooperative Preschool
- Director of Christian Education of Old Presbyterian Meeting House
- President of the Board
- PAC Chair
- Treasurer
- Bookkeeper
- Staff Representative
- Community Representative
The Board of Directors meets a minimum of five times per year, including a meeting in September, November, January, March, and May, and at other times, as needed. The Executive Board consists of the President, Treasurer, and the PAC Chair, along with the Director. The dates and times of the meetings are to be determined by the President of the Board and the Director of the Preschool.
